First of all, not many people who play Crime City, put very much focus into monetizing their 'hoods and coin farming, but doing a little bit of coin farming can earn you huge monetary bonuses. Buildings are cheap, and buying the right buildings can earn you huge amounts of extra dough.

The single best coin-farming building to buy is the basketball court, which takes up 4 times the space of a house or a laundromat, but earns you 315 coins every 24 hours, and costs just 260 coins and 1 steel to build. Build multiple basketball courts, and upgrade them for cheap (upgrading a building increases its earnings potential by half the amount of coins that it earned you to begin with - for example, upgrading a building that earns you 10 coins, will cause it to earn you 15 coins - upgrading it again will earn you 20 coins, and upgrading it again, 25 coins - etc). Upgrading one basketball court 3 times causes it to earn you 787 coins every 24 hours. Upgrading it 4 times causes it to earn you 945 coins every 24 hours.

If you need to make room for even more basketball courts, go to your store, go to "eraser", click "buy", and then erase as many roads as you need to erase to make room for building basketball courts in close proximity to each other. You don't need roads at all - they are just for decoration, and erasing them lets you build more buildings, coin farm effectively, and overall earn more money.

When you level up, you can use your allotted points to increase either energy, attack or defense. Use about 90% of them on energy, as energy is the most important asset in the game as it allows you to do that much more jobs. Increase energy as much as possible.

Follow the goals on the left side of the page in order to know which jobs to do when, and in what order to do them. Following goals maximizes how much money you make for the energy, as more goals completed earns you more bonus money and experience. When you're in an area, any job location with a green arrow pointed at it is one that counts toward your immediate job goal.

Take advantage of free gifts from defeated opponents as much as possible, especially strong ones. Fight tough area bosses (I.E. • Once you reap your extra Experience Points, simply feed the dog on the REAL account and all is well, you have a happy dog again ready to protect you from other evil friends.

In this guide you will know an example of a game screen and its elements explained in detail below.
The game does not have a full screen mode at this time so it is divided the top of the screen and the bottom of the screen.

Here are some of the Screen Indicators:

A. Currency Indicators - Here you can tell how much CSI Funding and UBI Credits you have to purchase items in the game. You also will see a link to purchase more currency if needed.

B. Energy Meter - This is your energy meter which shows how much you have at any given time. The maximum will change as you level up in the game giving you higher amounts. There is also a countdown clock which shows how much time until you earn 1 energy credit.

C. XP/Level Indicator - This is your XP (Experience Points) and Level indicator. You will see your level (Also your CSI Detective Level) as well as how many XP you have. XP are what help you to reach the next level in the game. You earn XP each time you search an area of a crime scene for clues and when you purchase items to use in the game.

D. Milestone Indicator - Each Case has 4 Milestones you need to reach. Each time you reach a milestone it is because you have earned a certain number of XP and searched a certain percentage of the crime scene. Look here to see how close you are to finishing an investigation. You will also see any item that is being analyzed in the lab under the Milestone indicator with a small meter under it. When the item is ready for you to look at there will be a green check mark under it. Just click on it or the lab to see the report. Note that you will see blank squares here when you first start a new crime scene and this will show you how many pieces of evidence you are looking for.

E. Bonus Bar - This meter fills up as you earn bonus items and acts as a multiplier for XP each time you find a piece of evidence or search a trace tile. This bar will also go down over time so if you are waiting for energy to build up the Bonus bar will go down.

F. Crime Scene Grid - This is a crime scene grid. You will be able to click on each square to analyze for clues and evidence. You may need a camera, Luminol, Fingerprint kit and other tools which the game will let you know. You will not be able to proceed until you purchase the correct tools you need. Click on a square to search it.

G. Your on the Scene Tools - These are the tools that you own to search Trace Tiles. These tools will need to be upgraded as you level up.

H. Game Navigation Menu - Here you can navigate around the game screens to reach the lab, crime scene, case files, HQ, Store, and to see gathered Evidence.

I. Neighbor Area - Along the bottom of the game screen you will see people from your friend list that are also playing CSI: Crime City. Click on their image to visit their Crime lab if you need to use one of their machines.

Visiting a new hotel earns you 1,000 coins, while the bag of gold coins gives you 400. Also keep an eye out for the maid's tip jar in your neighbor's hotels, which will bring in an additional 500 coins.

3. Poke the sleeping guests. Some will yield coins and points, and even if they don't, it's still worth poking them to see their funny reactions.

4. Keep the staff working so your hotel is running 24-7. Many potential customers are lost if there's no receptionist to greet them at the door. You can do this by keeping an eye on the time at the bottom left-hand side of the screen. Come back when time's up and put your staff to work again.

5. Banish dust balls and keep the rooms spotless. If ignored, the rooms can become infested with cockroaches (gross!). The best way to keep things clean is to buy a maid's room in the very beginning of the game.

6. Spend money in order to make money. Invest your coins into luxe wallpaper, furniture and accessories for each room. Your star rating will go up, as will your nightly room rate. You can see how individual rooms rate by placing the cursor over each and eyeballing the progress bar that goes from red (needs more decor) to green (A-OK) for each room. That extra coin will go towards unlocking features such as restaurants, bars and swimming pools for a 5-star rating.

Every time you log in, you want to visit all of your friends houses, clean all of their pets, pick up any litter in their houses, and don't forget to do the same on your own. Doing this will help you earn money very quickly.

The more friends you have in PetVille, the faster you can generate money. Recruit as many Facebook friends as you can to join you on PetVille and you can rack up the cash pretty quickly. Also, don't forget that you can sell items. If you have a lot of items in your inventory, sell them off to build up money.

Expand your house; the more rooms you have, the more rooms you need to clean and subsequently, the more money you will earn. Every 8 levels in PetVille you can add a new room. (ex. Level 8, 16, & 24)

When you start the PetVille game you start off with 15 or so floor and wall choices. You don't need to keep these, you can sell off each of these stored floor and wall colors for an extra 22 coins a piece.

Play Games; if you click on the "world" and go to "games", there are games available that you can play to earn coins. Bubble pop for example will give you up to 20 coins per round, with rounds continuing until you can't put the target number of bubbles anymore. It shouldn't take much to get up to level 10 or 20 on this game, giving you an easy 200-400 coins.

Finally, there are game cheat applications for PetVille, however I strongly discourage you from using those. The game is simple enough to build up on your own for one thing. The second reason and probably the most important is that you need to be very careful what type of applications you are running on your computer. Cheat applications more often than not are laden with viruses and trojans that can cause damage to your computer. I find it a little bit confusing when doing this tip for Flowerpot in PetVille Game. First of all, for every room that you get, you get a flowerpot. So if you have three rooms in your house, you will have three flowerpots. This is a good thing, because every flowerpot you have in PetVille, is an opportunity to easily build love (experience) and money.

You have a couple options with the flowerpots; you can move them around, and you can buy flowers to put in them!

Tip: One thing you may not be aware of is that you can change the vase or pot that the flowers are in. This doesn't have much of an effect on things, but it does help it blend in to your rooms decor. You can only change the color of your vase when your flowers are dead. To do so, select your flower pot so that the flower selection screen is displayed. Next, instead of selecting a flower, there is a second tab that you can select to change vase color.

The most important thing about the flowerpot in PetVille is to make sure that it is always full of fresh flowers. These flowers don't cost you anything, but they do earn you experience and money, so keep them filled.

Now, the tough question is, what to fill them with? There are several choices of flowers, and more are added as you level up, until level 36 when you get the black orchid. The easiest way to handle it is to simply select the highest level flower that you have unlocked and it generally will last longer and give you a higher payout.

Tip: A better solution to this however is to look at each flower and calculate the payout per 24 hour period. This way you can determine which flowers will have the best return and help you earn money and experience faster. To calculate this, simply divide the number of hours they live by 24, this will give you the number of times that you can plant these flowers per 24 hour period. Next take this number and multiply it by the amount of money you make, and then by the amount of experience. This will give you the potential amount of money and experience (respectively) that you can earn per 24 hr period.

I've gone ahead and calculated this for the first six flowers that you can get and ordered them from best to worst in terms of payout per 24hr period.

An alternative to hiring temps is to hire permanent staff.

Hiring permanent staff reduces the cost of wages. To hire permanent staff, you'll send out a feed to your Facebook friends asking for people to work at your hotel. The more friends you have who will work for you, the lower the wages you'll have to pay!

1. Getting started

The goal of My Town is to create your own virtual town by building houses and buildings that generate revenue and experience, then decorate it with roads and different decorations to make it look like a dream town. You should start by placing all the buildings you can purchase – alternate between homes and stores – on the map and collect the money as soon as the collecting time is due.

You buy and place buildings on your land and notice that each building gives you a specific amount of money, experience and has its own timer. When the time is up, you can collect the money – and the more you wait, the less you get paid. A building you can collect from is highlighted in green. Simply click that building and you’ll collect the money. Make sure to click again to reset the timer, otherwise the building will no longer produce money.

2. How to earn money quickly in MyTown?

This is definitely the biggest problem of all players. Fortunately, earning money in the game is not that difficult! A simple strategy would be that of filling all your land with Suburban Homes and collecting from them, and then switch to Adobes. Pretty soon, you’ll have tons of money to play with and customize your city.

3. How to level up faster in MyTown?

The same strategy as before applies – fill your land with Suburban Homes and log in regularly (every 4 hours if possible) to collect. This way, you’ll get more experience than any other way. Then switch to Adobes as soon as you can afford it and see the experience coming in. Also, try to build as few roads and decorations as possible as start since these occupy valuable space that can be used for placing buildings!

4. How to get more Town Cash?

There are just two ways of getting it: either by leveling up (you are awarded one town cash for each level) or by purchasing TC for real money.

5. How to expand your MyTown land?

Pretty soon, the space won’t be enough for your building plans, therefore you’ll have to purchase land expansions. Unfortunately, you need neighbors to be allowed to get them – or you can pay for them with real money. The first expansion only requires two neighbors, so we’re not talking about draconian requirements for those who wish to get to a mid-sized city as soon as possible.

6. What do the different outlining colors of the buildings mean?

As you’ve noticed, your houses and businesses can be outlined in different colors. Here’s what they mean:
green - building is ready to be collected from
red - too much time has passed and you’ll collect less money and XP
blue - the building wasn’t reseted. You need to click it in order to set the timer again.

7. How to customize the appearance of your town?

Except for buying homes and businesses, you can also customize your town by placing roads (which cost nothing) and decorations, as well as moving the buildings you’ve already placed or rotating them. In order to move a placed building, click on it and select the “Move” option; then drag it wherever you wish to place it and click again. In order to rotate any building, click on it and select the Rotate option until the building is in the position you want it to be.

Windows comes with the 32bit version of Media Player by default. If you are a x64 user, you can keep the system cleaner by only installing one set of codecs.

To do this, press the Windows Key, type “command”, right-click on Command Prompt and hit “Run as administrator”, then type “unregmp2.exe /SwapTo:64?”. After that, press the Windows Key, type “regedit”, go to HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\wmplayer.exe\, double click on value and change “%ProgramFiles(x86)” to “%ProgramFiles%”. Now you should be using the 64bit Windows Media Player.

Even though the Kindle is currently not compatible with EPUB files, you can still use Google Book’s EPUB files (which are free) and convert them to Kindle format. There are a couple of good ways to convert EPUB files into Kindle-compatible formats.

The first way to start converting EPUB files is to download Calibre (& Click that link). Calibre is an e-reader client, e-library manager, but most importantly, an e-book converting machine!

The following is a list of the file types Calibre currently supports:

Input Formats: CBZ, CBR, CBC, CHM, EPUB, FB2, HTML, LIT, LRF, MOBI, ODT, PDF, PRC, PDB, PML, RB, RTF, TCR, TXT

Output Formats: EPUB, FB2, OEB, LIT, LRF, MOBI, PDB, PML, RB, PDF, TCR, TXTT

For Kindle owners the important input formats in that list are EPUB and the two comic-book formats CBZ and CBR. The important output formats are MOBI and PDF — either of which your Kindle can read without a problem. Calibre will sync these files to your Kindle, either through USB or by setting itself up as a server.

If you don’t want to bother with Calibre, there’s also RetroRead, a free site that converts EPUBs from Google Books to Kindle format.

To do it, you must:

1) Fill your land with as many Adobes as you can afford - you get 6 XP for each Adobe built.

2) Use the bulldozer to delete them - you get half your coins back (10 coins)

3) Repeat the process.

Tip: You do not need to connect your Adobes to roads, roads seem to be merely decorative for now.

Also, once you're tired of your Adobe farm, try Gas Stations which costs more per XP, but takes fewer clicks to gain XP!

Purchase Buildings

The game has many different types of homes and business buildings that you can purchase with Game Coins and more become available as you level up. Each building will earn you a certain amount of coins and experience(XP) in return.

Collection Timer

Each property has a collection timer that decides when you can earn coins and XP.
You must be online before the collection timer runs out or you won’t get the full amount of coins for your property. Some homes take longer than others to be ready, but reward more coins at the end of that time. You can judge which buildings to get so to maximize your earnings when you're online. Once you collect from a property, you can reset its timer to make the building start working for your next collection.

Free Roads

The roads are free. There are different types of roads including straight, turn, 4 way, and end cap. Some simple trees, shrubs and decos are also free. Use these free items to make your city look nicer.

City Buildings

City Buildings include gas station, supermarket, town hall, grade school, graveyard, airport, fire station, church, airport and football stadiums. These buildings don’t earn you coins they instead give you more experience to help you level up faster.

• Pay attention to how fast the crops grow and if they regrow after you harvest (an how often).

• The way to optimize crops profits is by planting according to your daily schedule. Do not choose to plant

• Fertilizer Facts: The lowest grade fertilizer can only be purchased with Coins.

The current limit is around 28 (this is determined by Facebook and may change on a daily basis). You can send a gift to the same friend twice during the space of a day (AM & PM) e.g. you can send 14 gifts to 12 friends in the morning and then again to the same friends in the afternoon, or 28 gifts to different friends once a day.

Gift requests reset at 12am PST (you then have a full 24-hours from that period to send your daily allotment within). Bear in mind that your neighbour requests are part of the daily limit that you have for sending gifts e.g. if you send three neighbour requests you will only be able to send 25 gifts for the day.

Q: Will our neighbors be able to visit our English Countryside farms? Will they be able to “help” on my farm?

Ans: All your neighbors will be able to visit you in the English Countryside to see your new English Farm, and we think you’ll be eager to show it off. They will also be able to help you by fertilizing your English crops, tending your chicken coop full of English chickens, and so on.

We’ve tried hard to make farming in England feel new and exciting, while preserving the gameplay our players love, and making it super-easy to get started and build your farm up right away. We hope it will seem fresh and fun, but also familiar and comfortable.

Q: Why do we need so many boards, bricks, and nails? I’m running out of room in my gift box.

Ans: You’ll need boards, bricks, and nails to build things in the English Countryside, just as you do at home, but if you’re running out of room in your gift box you probably have enough!

Q: Will there be new crops/animals/decorations that are only available on the English farm?

Ans: Lots! Almost everything on your new English farm will be something you’ve never seen before. Your second farm in the English Countryside will offer the chance to grow new crops like English Peas, King Edward Potatoes, Blue Bells, English Roses, and many others.

In fact, all the crops you can grow in the English Countryside are brand new.

New animals include the Shorthorn Cow, Shire Horse, and Dorking Chicken, but we think some of the most exciting new animals will be the sheep you can breed for yourself in your Sheep Pen.

There are some fantastic new decoration items, and many of the best ones can be earned as rewards for participating in the story to help the Duke’s village in the English Countryside. Of course there will be plenty of terrific things available in the marketplace too, but now players also have the option to earn some really impressive items through gameplay, without spending any Farm Cash or coins.

The amount of new content is truly amazing. We hope every player will find something to enjoy in the English Countryside.

Q: Will it be linear and task driven (aka quests), or will it retain a lot of the free-form creativity that is found in FarmVille?

Ans: The English Countryside will offer the chance to participate in a storyline with the characters who live around your English Farm. You don’t have to participate in the story in order to work on, decorate, and expand your second farm. We hope that players will like these additions and will enjoy engaging with these new features and earning the rewards they offer.

We think the rewards for participating in the storyline will really knock your socks off. We’re giving away unique decoration items like the English Police Call Box, great new avatar clothing and costumes to let you dress up as a Dashing Aviator or English Lady, and of course some shiny new animals like the adorable English Rabbit.

Q: Sheep breeding questions… Will the resulting lambs be able to grow up? If so, will they all be ewes or will some become rams?

Ans: You’ll be able to breed your own Rams and Ewes to create unique lambs with characteristics from both parents. You get to name each baby Lamb and have the choice to keep it or let a friend adopt it to raise on their own farm. When the lamb grows up, you can breed it as well, to create family trees and new combinations. Every baby lamb has a chance to be a Ram or a Ewe.

Baby Lambs will get their coloration from the Ewe, while the pattern will come from the Ram, but they won’t develop their full coloration or pattern until they grow up.

Q: Will only specific sheep be able to be bred or can we use any? Will it be similar to the greenhouse in which only certain pairs can be bred together?

Ans: Any Ram may be bred with any Ewe, which is something we’re really excited about. If you have a sheep on your farm right now, then you’ll eventually be able to breed that sheep in the Sheep Pen. You won’t be able to take your current sheep to the English Countryside, but once you learn the ropes of breeding sheep on your new farm, you’ll have the chance to build a Sheep Pen at home. Think of the possibilities!

Q: Will there be a lot of room [for sheep breeding], or will we be able to have multiple buildings?

Ans: The Sheep Pen will start with one “Breeding Suite” with the ability for players to expand it up to three. Once you select the Ram and Ewe to breed, that suite will be occupied for a day while the sheep “get acquainted”. You can speed the process along, and increase your chance of successfully producing a Lamb, by using Love Potions.

We think the expanded Sheep Pen will be big enough for most players’ needs, but like everything in FarmVille, we will pay attention to how you use it. If there’s a need for more space we’ll try to find a way to do that.

Q: Will we have to purchase the English Countryside with Farm Cash or add new neighbors if we want to play?

Ans: No! You won’t have to add new neighbors in order to travel to the English Countryside. Everything you need to do can be accomplished with your existing friends and neighbors. It won’t cost you Farm Cash, either.

We want all of our players to try farming in the English Countryside, so we’re making it as easy and fun as possible to get there. The deed to your second farm might literally fall out of the sky and land on your farm!

Q: Will this be energy-based like FrontierVille? Or will it be the same as FarmVille?

Ans: You won’t need energy or anything like it. We’re committed to keeping FarmVille’s gameplay just as our players have always enjoyed it. We want to add more ways to play and more things to do, without taking away anything you like about the game now. Farmers are some of the hardest-working people around, so they should never run short of energy!

Q: Will the English Countryside be flat like FarmVille or will it have some rolling hills and streams or maybe even mountains?

Ans: Your farm in the English Countryside will be surrounded by gentle hills and green plains of grass. FarmVille English Countryside Tips: How To Turn Off The Pause Feature

Ever since the English Countryside has been released in FarmVille, some players were upset because of the Pause Feature that basically froze the inactive farm. Zynga has been working to offer those who want two active farms at the same time a solution and fortunately today it went live and I will share with you the guide on how to turn off the pause feature in FarmVille English Countryside Game.

Now, every time you travel between to your other farm, you’ll get a pop-up window asking you to confirm the travel request. On the pop-up, above the main buttons (Travel Now and Cancel), you will see a small link: Travel Options. Clicking it will allow you to select the pause mode: turn it on or turn it off, as you like it.

Also, the change that you have made will be visible on the pop-up where a play icon will replace the pause one on your active farm. However, have in mind that while both farms are active, crops will wither on both farms, no matter on what farm you’re playing!
