The Farmville Border Collie Dog

The Farmville Border Collie Dog costs 65 FV$ (about $12) definitely an investment for only the biggest FarmVille fanatics. Unlike the trial Border Collie, this premium version of the dog can be male or female, comes with red, chocolate and black colored fur and be named. Also until the trial Collie, this version comes with 14 days of kibble, feed it every day so it will grow up and be able to work with other animals.

What that means exactly remains to be seen, guess we’ll find out in the next two weeks. Hope you like this post.

Farmville Miscellaneous Tips

Guys, here are the Farmville miscellaneous tips that I want to share with you to improve your farming game.
Animals and trees have an expensive upfront purchase price. If you decide to get rid of them, however (sell them), they will only sell for the price of one harvest; you will not get your initial investment back. So don't buy a lot of something that you then have to turn around and get rid of (unless you want experience-see next tip).

Turn cash into experience. You will get experience points for every tree you plant or animal that you place. But if you sell the tree or animal, the experience points are not taken away. So you can plant a lot of trees, then turn around and sell them and plant some more. The best thing to use in this case is a cherry tree; at 45 cents per experience point gained, it's the cheapest of all the animals and trees to get experience with.

Crops seem to go to waste in proportion to their growing time. So a crop of raspberries (2 hours to maturity) will go to waste faster than watermelons (4 days to maturity). From what I have seen, a 2-hour crop will go to waste about 2 hours after it has matured (4 hours from plant time). This may or may not infer that everything goes to waste at double its maturity rate (e.g. if it matures in one day, it will go to waste one day after maturity--two full days from when you planted it).

In the beginning, when I had a small farm, I planted my entire farm at once. But now that I have expanded twice, I find that harvesting, plowing and planting the entire thing in one go is tedious. Instead, I plant half of it with one crop and half with another (or plant the same crop, but halfway through the first planting's growing time), and get them maturing at varying times. This does not increase my profits, but does make playing the game more fun and less tedious.

For those wondering about the tractor, harvester and seeder, they will plow, harvest and plant (respectively) four acres with one click. They use 1 unit of gas per acre. Your gas tank holds 150 units. All three machines run on the same tank of gas, so if you only want to use machines to farm, you should have a 50-acre plot.

A lot of people have asked about the gold things that spring up when you plow. As far as I can tell, those are coins that you're plowing up. I haven't yet determined how much they are worth. I have seen them appear when using both the hoe and the tractor.

How To Put Facebook Chat in Sidebar

Guys, here's a trick that will put Facebook chat in Firefox browser sidebar. Enjoy and please share this post.

Facebook Chat is a cool tool, at least it allows you to send instant messages to online Facebook contacts and friends. However I’m not really comfortable with the chat bar being at the bottom of the page, what if I’ve left Facebook but still wants to remain chatting with my Facebook contacts? If you are using Firefox, you can place the Facebook Chat at the sidebar.

Here's how to do it:

Step 1

Look for Bookmarks on the top navigation. Select Organize Bookmarks…

Step 2

Click New Bookmark... tab and enter the following:
  • Name: Facebook Chat
  • Location: http://www.facebook.com/presence/popout.php
  • Check Load this bookmark in sidebar.

Step 3

Launch the Firefox sidebar, click Facebook Chat and start chatting with your Facebook contacts within Firefox.

Farmville: How To Earn Money In 3 Simple Steps

Do you want to earn money on FarmVille so you can buy more buildings and decorations? Learn how to maximize your earnings by knowing what to plant and what to ask for from your friends.

Here's the 3 simple steps:

Step 1
The more space you have for planting crops, the more crops you can plant. Therefore, crowd your animals in as small a space as possible and start plowing.

Step 2
To earn money, rather than experience points (XP), you’ll want to invest in seeds that will earn you as many coins as possible. With the new crops that are available, tomatoes have taken over the spot for most profitable. Sunflowers are in second place, followed by coffee and blueberries.
Step 3
Recruit as many friends as possible to be your neighbors on FarmVille. The more neighbors you have, the more opportunities to help them each day ($20 each time!) and the more free gifts you will receive. The most profitable tree to receive is the pomegranate, earning you $108 with each harvest and the most profitable animal to receive is the horse, earning $50 per horsehair collection. Those figures are very high compared to other possible gifts. So, if your friends don’t mind requests, that’s what you should ask for. And, if you want to help your own neighbors, you should give more of these as well.

Farmville Cash Crops

Hello Friends, the following list shows you the most profitable crops for a particular length of time. Depending on your game level, some of these crops may not be currently available to you, so use whatever you can at the moment for maximum profit.

All of the crops' profits are calculated by subtracting the cost of seed and plowing from the sale value, and then that's divided by the number of hours it takes to mature. That lets us know how much money we're making on a crop per hour.

Example: It's better to make 2.5 cents profit on a strawberry acre every hour than 65 cents profit on one wheat crop every three days, because the strawberries will net 180 cents in three days, versus only 65 cents in three days on the wheat.

The only reason why you would want to plant the wheat versus the strawberries is if you are going away for a long weekend and won't be able to harvest for three days. At which point, a 50 cent harvest is better than no harvest at all.

2 hours - 5.5 cents/hr raspberries
4 hours - 6.5 blueberries; 2.5 strawberries
6 hours - 3.3 aloe vera
8 hours - 7.25 tomatoes; 2.875 pumpkins
12 hours - 6.25 carrots; 3 rice
16 hours - 6.75 coffee
1 day - 6.875 sunflowers; 3.208 peppers; 1.375 soybeans
2 days - 4.5 yellow bell peppers; 2.75 pineapples; 1.375 squash; 1 eggplant
3 days - 2.986 corn; 2.708 potatoes; 1.625 cotton; 0.903 wheat
4 days - 2.27 watermelons; 1.24 artichokes

This list will surely be updated in the future so please keep visiting my site. Thank you for reading.

Farmville: How To Make Your Farm Functional

Hello Guys! Crops are generally the most profitable thing you can grow on your farm. While there are some trees which will yield better than crops, especially early in the game, they all require that you plant nine trees in a 3x3 crop area in order to achieve that level of profitability. The problem with that is that when you have that many trees that close together, you can't see the fruit on most of them, so it's hard to know when to harvest. It's easier (and requires less clicking) to harvest a crop on that acre.

However, as I noted above, you will always have a small area around your farm where you cannot plant a crop. I use this area for trees and livestock, so that every bit of space on my farm is turning a profit.

It's wise to have some trees and animals in addition to your crops, because neither trees nor animals go to waste. If you leave your crop in the field too long, though, it will go to waste and you will have no profit. If you were poor to begin with, you can run completely out of money, having nothing with which to re-plow and start over again. Trees and animals, although they are not nearly as profitable as crops, are like a savings account; if your crop ever fails, you can always harvest your trees and animals and get enough capital back together to start over.

Because your crops can go to waste in the field, it's important that you time your harvests correctly. For instance, don't plant a 4-hour crop right before you go to bed for the night; it will be wasted by the time you get up. Likewise, if you are going on vacation, don't plant a crop at all until you get back.

If you will be an infrequent visitor to your farm, go with a tree or animal which needs to be harvested infrequently and will not go to waste. Nothing is worse on a profit margin than waste.

How to Earn More Money in FarmVille

In order to earn more money for your farm in Farmville, you want to not always plant the most expensive seed you can. The seeds that give the largest amount of cash are listed in the “Best Crop for Money/hour” At the top of the page. The highest give the best money – allowing you to expand but also buy more seeds. This method is for those who don’t mind levelling up slowly and are willing to leave this addicting game for days at a time.
Some seeds like Peppers, and Rice and Pumpkins are the best profit for the time they are planted (Best money per day) Also – To get an extra boost in money, Refer to the “Assisting” section

Farmville Tips: How to Organize Your Farm

Here is a simple Farmville Tip on how to organize your farm. Everything on your farm takes up 1 or more units of area. Crops are planted in a 3x3 area (for convenience's sake, I'll call one crop plot an acre). You can buy extra land as the game progresses, so the total size of your farm is not set in stone. What is set in stone, however, is that you will not have an even number of acres; there will always be two units in width and length that cannot be planted with a crop.

All animals but horses and cows take up 1 unit; cows and horses take up a 2x1 space.

All trees take up 1 unit of space.

It takes 15 cents to plow. In order to calculate profit margins on crops, I have subtracted the cost of the seed and the cost of the plowing from the sale price, then have divided by the number of hours it takes to mature.
Hope this article helps, please share.

Farmville Tips: How To Find a Queen Bee

Here's a new Farmville Tips on how to find a queen bee. We know that everyone's buzzing about the new FarmVille beehive, mostly wondering how to find Queen Bee. So consider yourself warned: Finding this insect will most likely be a royal pain in the backside.

There are several ways to find the Queen Bee. The easiest way to find her is by keeping an eye on your Facebook Wall. Once one of your neighbors find a Queen Bee, they will also be able to share one with friends via Wall Post. Since this bee is in high demand, you'll really need to stay glued to your Wall, and click right away if you see someone giving away a Queen for free.

The second easiest way to find a Queen Bee is by purchasing one in the in-game Market. You can find the Queen Bee under the Animals category, and she costs 10 Farm Cash (roughly $2). Buy it, stick her in the hive and then start collecting Honeybees.

The most difficult way to find the Queen Bee is by harvesting flower crops on your farm or fertilizing flower crops on neighbors' farms. Some farmers have complained that it takes a lot of harvesting and fertilizing (I found the same to be true) to actually find one of these rare bees. My suggestion: Start planting lots of flowers and ask your neighbors to do the same.

Once you locate a Queen Bee, you'll be able to find it in the gift box and then add it to the Beehive. You'll have the option to share an extra Queen Bee with your friends, and if you're feeling generous, share the wealth.

Latest Server Issues in Farmtown Game

Hello Farmtown friends, last week we have seen Facebook and FarmTown servers inundated with DOS attacks. This has made connection issues with both of them a real challenge. One of the things FarmTown developers did was move their DNS to other servers in an attempt to throw off the DOS attacks.

On the forum, they have included some moving tips to help you deal with the DNS changes.

FarmTown runs on servers provided by SoftLayer. Starting last night, some of their infrastructure servers (DNS) came under attack. This affected access to FarmTown servers.

Last night they solved the initial issue, but this morning it started happening again, affecting access to FarmTown servers. While our hosting provider was trying to solve the issue at their end, we implemented a temporary fix by adding some new servers and re-routing the affected traffic to our new servers. Which is why FarmTown came back up earlier today. However, due to the nature of the internet, our changes require some time to propagate to all ISPs, this is why some users were able to access FarmTown right after we deployed the fix, and some others just gained access within the last hour.

First off, they advise you to uninstall and re-install flash player. It may be getting corrupted with some of what is going on, but if that doesn’t work then installing a DNS on your own computer does help — at least that’s what helped me. You do this by creating a DNS account at OpenDNS and changing your own computer to have those values. Complete instructions are at the OpenDNS site, so I won’t repeat them here.
For nearly two days all the players could get was a green screen which caused  them to have FarmTown withdrawals. If your friends get the same issues please refer them here to solve the latest server issues. Thanks!

Farmville Strategy Guide

Before we get started, I'd like to mention that this is Farmville Strategy Guide article gives you just a taste of what you can find out for free by subscribing to the mailing list on the right side, where you'll receive all the best Farmville game guide information and strategy tricks straight to your mailbox.

If you are new to Farmville then you'll soon realise why it's no surprise why this game has turned into a worldwide sensation.

There are a heap of farmville strategy guide options when it comes to what seeds you can grow, what buildings and decorations you can build and place on your farm, and which types of livestock you choose to raise. Because you do have so many options, it can be a difficult task in ensuring you are taking the right steps in developing the best farm possible.

Below are a few tips to get you started:

Farmville Strategy Guide #1 – Grow Everything Concisely

The idea when starting off is to ensure you get the most out of your available land when you are working on your farm in Farmville. Therefore you'll be looking to clear as much land as possible (while ensuring you maintain enough cash) in order to plant as many crops as possible. With a cost of 15 coins per cleared plot of land, you'll have to be careful in ensuring you don't clear too much land and then not have the coins available to buy the seeds necessary to plant and harvest on these plots of land.

Because of this it's ideal to slowly expand your farm and the amount of plowed plots of land that you make available, so that you are always able to gain maximum benefit out of the planting process. After you finish harvesting the first lot of crops it's best to then replant on the current plots that you began with first. If you do it this way you'll be able to figure out how much land you can clear out the second time around in order to maximise your farms growth. Following this tactical pattern will quickly allow you to grow your farm while ensuring that you always have enough farm cash to plant on all of your cleared plots of land.

Farmville Strategy Guide #2 – Structure and Plan Your Harvests in a Timely Manner

Another aspect of Farmville that can be a difficult process to get the hang of at the beginning is ensuring that your harvest's are timed correctly. Each crop that you decide to plant on your farm will take a certain amount of time to grow into its full state. Once a crop is mature, you can then harvest it. But make sure you do not wait too long. If you don't get back in time, your crops will wither and you'll just have to plow your land and start all over again, which will drastically halt the rate at which your farm can grow. It's important to plan when you plant your crops so that you'll be able to get back to check on your farm before they potentially wither. Therefore planting before you go to bed, or as soon as you wake up is a good Farmville Strategy Guide tactic.

One of the fantastic things about Farmville is that you are able to take it as seriously as you want to take it. If you only want to log in once a week, that's not a problem. Just ensure you plant crops that will last that long. However this game is addicting and you, like many, will find yourself coming back daily to grow your farm into a massive success.

Farmtown: Fishing and New Facilities Added

Hello Friends, Here are the new additions to Farmtown game. New facilities and fishing is added for more enjoyment.

Fishing
You can now fish at your farm in the ponds, lakes and rivers using the Fishing Rod. The fishing rod is in the Farm Town Tool Panel on the same tab as the camera, watering can, and delete dozer.
Use the fishing rod on rivers and lakes to catch fish. You might not catch a fish on every click, it depends on the fish population. Some water items have more fish variety than others and all fish caught are sent to your storage.

If you had already water items in your farms, your fish are almost sure already grown so you can start fishing right away. If you just purchased a water item, then you may have to wait 8 or 24 hours for the fish to grow. To fish, just select the Fishing Rod and start clicking on the water. You will see the Fish count decreasing as you start catching fish. The less fish in the water, the harder it gets.

If the fish count is 0, it means you need to wait until all fish grow again. You don’t need to wait until the counter gets to 0 as that can be quite hard, your lake or river will be full with fish in 8 or 24 hours anyways.
On the ‘Ponds’ section on the store, click the ‘?’ icon next to each item to see the type of fish living on it, how fast the fish grow again, etc.  So far it does not seem to allow us to fish on other peoples farms but only our own bodies of water.

Fishing Map

Big Lake with Boat holds 199 fish and Small Lake holds 46 fish. Fish are fully grown in 8 hours. These lakes do require Farm Cash to purchase but it’s easier to catch a fish in these and they are the only ones where Salmon can be caught.
Lake Fish:  Salmon, Carp, Tilapia, Catfish, Sturgeon and Trench

Big Lake holds 299 fish which are fully grown in 1-day. Except for Salmon, you can catch the same “Lake Fish” as found in the Big Lake with Boat and Small Lake. (Carp, Tilapia, Catfish, Sturgeon and Trench)

Small Pond holds 18 fish which are fully grown in 1 day.  (Carp, Tilapia)

Big Pond holds 86 fish which are fully grown in 1 day. (Carp, Tilapia, and Catfish)

River Sections and Bridge hold 32 fish each section which are fully grown in 1 day. (Carp, Tilapia, Catfish, and Sturgeon)

River Corners produce the same 1-day fish as the regular sections but hold only 16 fish. (Carp, Tilapia, Catfish, and Sturgeon)

About Waterfalls – Many people have waterfalls on their farm which requires a special technique to build and this is done by taking advantage of a glitch of sorts whereas dirt path is used to place water on top of water. I am curious if the new fishing features will cause these farms to run poorly or cause new errors to occur. If you notice anything odd happening when you visit a farm with waterfalls, please let us know what you discover.

Hope you enjoy reading this post! Please share.

Barn Buddy Game Strategy

Barn Buddy Game Strategy

Invest in high profit animals – If you are considering buying animals, it is a good idea to invest in the most profitable ones. As you may know some animals generate more coins and experience points than others. To find out which animals yield the most revenue, check out our Barn Buddy items comparison chart embedded in this article.

Post conservatively – While you’re playing Barn Buddy the game will ask you to update your profile as you acheive goals. This can offend your Facebook friends if you do it too often so make sure that it isn’t automatically posting on your behalf.

Buy highly profitable crops – Just as animals differ in their profitability so do crops. Again, make sure you check out our crops table to find out which crops earn you the most Barn Buddy money.

Plan your crops – Planting crops according to what your daily schedule allows is a great way to optimize your time and maximize profits. Since each crop takes a different amount of time, you should plant those that accommodate your schedule so that friends don’t steal your crops or damage them.

Buy a dog – If you want to deter people from stealing your crops and vandalizing them buy a dog. The dog will protect your crops as long as you keep him well fed. If he goes hungry, he may leave and you will not be protected.

Speed game loads – Facebook games tend to have loading issues where the game takes a long time before it displays or it just never connects. One solution to speeding up the loading of games is to change web browsers. Opera or Google Chrome are two alternative browsers that you may want to try out.

Bad karma – This is common sense; if do not want people stealing from you, don’t steal from them. Being kind to your friends encourages them to reciprocate.

Expand your farm – As you play Barn Buddy continue to increase the size of your farm adding more crops and animals. Doing so will earn you more coins, experience points and it will help you level up faster in the game.

Get free credits – When you see the offers at the top of your screen accept them to earn free credits. For example, you may see an offer to get a barn and earn 1,000 credits. Simply take the barn and you will be rewarded with the credits.

Messaging with invites – When you send out Barn Buddy invites make sure you send an message with your invitations. Adding “Barn Buddy” and “Barn Buddy add” lets your potential friend know why you are bothering them and they will therefore be more likely to accept the friend request.

Be nice to friends – Take time to help your Barn Buddy neighbors by visiting their farm and sending them gifts. It will help both of you; you’ll gain experience points and coins by doing things like watering their crops and it will encourage them to assist you in the Barn Buddy game too.

Barn Buddy groups – The Barn Buddy game is pretty popular on Facebook and you should have no problem finding Barn Buddy fan pages to join. These are great places to grow your Barn Buddy neighbors list so make sure you become a fan of such pages/groups. There you’ll find other Barn Buddy players you can add and post your profile on the wall so they can add you too.

Shoot us tips – We’ll be updating this guide to keep it chocked full of the latest Barn Buddy tips and strategy information. If you know of any such info tell us about it and we’ll add it to our guide.

Share this Barn Buddy guide - Share our Barn Buddy game strategy guide with on your Facebook profile and Twitter page. This allows us to provide more help for you; the guide helps educate other players and we encourage them to help you and send you gifts. Barn Buddy Strategy Guide

Hello friends! Here's a complete Barn Buddy game strategy guide. Enjoy!

Barn Buddy is a farm-based Facebook game created by TheBroth. Our Barn Buddy strategy guide discusses things like how to play Barn Buddy, cool Barn Buddy tips, and how to win lots of money from the game. As more information and features are released from the game by TheBroth we will update our guide to reflect such changes in game play. Feel free to contact us if you believe there are any awesome Barn Buddy tips or strategies not seen here and we’ll make sure to include them the next time we update our guide.

Plowing / removing dead plants – Removing plants and plowing in your fields in Barn Buddy requires the same tool. Just select the white arrow in your toolbar and click on the field(s) that you want to plow. You will earn 3 points for each field that you plow and you must plow before you can plant any seeds.

Planting crops – To plant crops, you’ll need to visit the store and purchase some seeds. The store icon is located at the top of your screen. Just click the icon to open the store and then click the category of your choice. You can either plant crops or flowers in your fields. Once you have the category open, select the crop or flower that you want to purchase by clicking on it. A box will then open and you can select how many seeds you want to purchase. Then click the Buy button at the bottom of the box. Once you have bought all of the seeds you want to plant, close the store. Now go to the bottom of your screen and click the Seed bag. There you’ll see a menu open with the seeds you just purchased. Select a seed and then click the field in which you want to plant it.

Harvesting crops – When your crops are ready to be harvested, select the hand tool at the bottom of your screen and click on the field that is ready. Once harvested, crops and flowers will then be placed in your storage bin.

Selling crops – After you’ve harvested your crops, you may want to sell them. To do this, go to the top of your screen and click on the storage icon. Once the storage bin opens, click the sell button to sell your Barn Buddy crop.

Killing weeds– Weeds will often grow in your fields and slow the growth of crops. This ultimately damages your potential profits as it will take longer to get your crops to market. Hence, it is important to keep the weeds out of your fields to improve your yield. To do this, grab the weed killer located in your bottom toolbar and click the fields that have weeds growing in them.

Killing bugs – Just like weeds, bugs damage your crops and reduce your profits. Keep your fields free of bugs by using the bug spray that is located at the bottom of your toolbar.

Watering crops – Keeping crops watered is critical to keeping them healthy. To water your flowers, click the water bucket at the bottom of your screen and then click on the fields that need watering.

Fertilizing crops – Fertilizers can be used to help your crops grow faster and therefore increase profits. You can buy one of the bags with coins but the other bags have to be bought with Barn Buddy Credits. Unfortunately, the bag that you can buy with coins is the weakest bag of fertilizer. To buy fertilizers, click the store at the top of your screen and select a fertilizer category. Then click the fertilizer that you want to buy and indicate a quantity. Complete your purchase and the fertilizer will then be stored in your bag located at the bottom of your toolbar.

Free gifts – Barn Buddy will often give you free gifts. If you have a free gift waiting, it will appear on the left side of your screen. The icon will be blinking or may appear shiny. If you have a gift, click on it to accept it. Sometimes, you’ll receive a barn and other times you may receive a package of seeds.

Changing your character’s appearance – Unfortunately you can’t do much to change the look of your character; all you can do is rotate the photo and zoom in and out of the photo. You cannot change the photo nor can you change the clothes or any other aspect of your avatar’s appearance.

Expanding your farm – To expand your farm, click on the Expand sign and choose either coins or credits. You must have already leveled up to a certain point in the game in order to use coins to expand your farm. Credits, on the other hand, do not require you to be at a given Barn Buddy level in order to expand your farm.

Sound and music – If the sounds and the music in Barn Buddy gets on your nerves at times, you can disable them by clicking on each icon. Click them once to turn them off and click them again to turn them back on.
Zooming in / out – In the right corner of your screen, are the Zoom icons that increase the magnification of your screen. Continue clicking on them until you’ve obtained your desired screen size.

Notification settings – To modify notifications, click on the Preferences link located at the top of your screen, select the notifications tab, and change the settings to what you desire.
Viewing messages – At the top of your screen, click on the white envelope to view your messages. These may come from the Barn Buddy game or from your friends.

Sending messages to friends– If you want to send messages to your friends through the Barn Buddy game, go to your friends list and place your mouse on the friend that you want to send the message to. When the menu opens, click the message option and type your message in the field. When you’re done click the Post button to send your message.

Barn Buddy dog – The Barn Buddy dog acts as your pet and guard dog in the game. If you buy a dog, he’ll guard your crops to prevent them from being stolen by thieves. He will also prevent your friends from adding weeds and bugs to your crops. In order to obtain a dog you’ll have to refer 10 friends to Barn Buddy or utilize your Barn Buddy credits to buy him. You’ll need to click on the dog’s bowl occasionally to feed him; otherwise, he won’t guard your crops.

Barn Buddy cow – Barn Buddy cows produce milk that can be sold for coins and gathering that milk earns you experience points in the game. To milk your cow, click the harvest glove located on your bottom toolbar and select the cow you want to milk. Cows need to be milked about every six hours and they can be bought in the store using Barn Buddy coins.

Barn Buddy chicken – Chickens bought from the store will provide you with eggs which can be sold for coins and they’ll also earn you experience points. The chicken can be purchased with coins or credits from the game. To get the chickens to lay eggs, you must click on several times to get them to go to the nest. Once they are in the nest, click on them again to have them lay eggs. Once the eggs are produced, use your harvest glove to collect them. Your chickens will be able to lay eggs once every six hours.

Barn Buddy pig – The pig can be purchased from the store and you can clean it to earn experience points. Other than cleaning the pig to earn points it doesn’t benefit you very much to own one. To clean the pig, elect the harvest glove from your toolbar and click on it.

Barn Buddy sheep – Sheep can be purchased from your Barn Buddy store using coins or credits. It can be sheared to earn experience points and the wool can be sold to earn Barn Buddy coins. To shear your sheep, click on it with your harvest glove.

Please share this useful article to your friends! Thanks.

How To Play Hero World

Earning Hero World cash – To earn more cash, you will need to battle villains and complete missions. To complete missions, you can click the mission’s tab. To do battles, you will need to visit the arena. Once you’ve accomplished enough missions you’ll be able to unlock and buy bases which can help you earn Hero World money.

How to gain hero points – Thankfully, there are several ways to gain hero points. First, you’ll get one hero point every time you level up. Every time you recruit one of your friends to the game, you’ll also receive one hero point. Completing surveys and offers is provides yet another opportunity to gain hero points. Finally, you have the opportunity to purchase hero points if you so desire.

Strengthen your attack – If you’re engaged in a battle and you’re inflicting less than one hundred damage points per strike, your opponent’s defensive points are too great and you need to increase your Hero World attack points. To improve these points you can manually add them once you’ve obtained more. An alternative strategy in battling stronger opponents is to use a power that bypasses the enemy’s defenses. Such Hero World powers include an Aqua Fist or Spore Attack.

Hero World stats – Your Hero World character possesses various statistics that are important for survival.
  • Max Health – Number of damage points you can receive before you are knocked out
  • Max Energy – Determines how often you can take on missions and it affects your blast defense points too
  • Speed – Raising this elevates your ability to attack others and reduces your opponents’ chances of hitting you
  • Recovery – Rate at which you can regain health and energy
  • Blast Defense – Helps defend against damage inflicted by blast attacks
  • Physical Defense – Helps defend against damage inflicted by physical attacks
  • Stamina – The maximum amount of stamina your Hero World avatar can have
How to level up fast – Hero World levels may be attained faster by completing missions faster. Therefore you should assign more of your power points towards energy and recovery. This will allow you to complete more missions in a given amount of time and level up faster. Fighting more often will also allow you to level up faster in Hero World. You can battle more frequently by increasing your powers and adding more points to your speed and defenses to avoid/defend against attacks.

Hero World elements – The following elements are ordered such that preceding one has an advantage over the next: water, fire, plant, earth, and lightening. For instance, water counters fire, lightening counters water, and so forth. These elements align with specific Hero World powers to inflict damage to an opponent during a battle. Thus it is important to choose the correct counter attack method when fighting your enemy.

Chrome Tips and Tricks: The Twitter Ticker

If you’re less concerned with tweeting, but would rather just stay up-to-date with tweets in your stream, then Twitter Ticker is a great extension to have. Once installed, the addon will scroll tweets in the bottom status bar of the browser as they happen. Holding your mouse over the scroll will pause it.

On its own, that’s not very impressive, but when used in tandem with Chrome Bird — which, lacks advanced tweet notifications — Twitter Ticker is definitely very useful.

God of War 3 Tips and Tricks: Realm Of Hades

God of War 3: Realm Of Hades

Once the cut scene has ended you will find yourself with a new weapon. Called the Blade of Exile! This weapon is almost the same as the previous, however you are still very underpowered. You will need to start collecting Red Experience orbs to charge them up.

You will then need to swing across the gap, don’t jump onto the far pillar, you need to make your way down to the lower platform where two chests are located (you will be able to see them). Make your way over to the chest and collect those red experience points you need. Remember to keep a look out, we are in Hades.

Make your way around to the other side of the platform, there will be another chest located here, this time this chest will hold a Gorgon Eye. If you collect all three of the Gorgons eyes your maximum health will slightly increase.

Make your way up the wall on the front of the column, once you have reached the top you will need to make your way to the mountainous fortress. On your right hand side is the Hyperion Gate. You will be able to access this gate later on in the game.

Remember when you come across a save point SAVE YOUR GAME! You don’t want to lose it.
As you start approaching the main gate, you will be rewarded with the Army of Sparta Magic. This magic can be used whenever you have your Blades of Exile equipped. This is a great way to clear out any small enemies.

You will have the chance to try out your new spell on some small enemies. Once you have cleaned out the small enemies with your Army of Sparta blasts, have a look around the battle area for any orbs and a note that will be on the ground from Peirithous.

Make your way down the hall and to the right hand side, have a look around for two chests. They will have experience Orbs inside. They are against the back of the room (you will notice them when the perspective of the room changes). Make your way to the door and open it. Prepare yourself for battle.

The room you have now entered in filled with enemies. The Gorgon’s, this battle is more like a so called mini button smashing game to escape the enemies. To avoid the attacks you will quickly need to rotate the LEFT ANALOG STICK. If you don’t move quickly you will be killed instantly. You can use your Army Of Sparta to wipe out the Grunts. But it is advised a good mix of light and heavy attacks will do the trick.

Once you have beheaded the monster, all the enemies close by will be paralysed. Take this as an opportunity to take them out instantly.

Another Gorgon will then appear. You can behead her if you would like to as well. You will then need to make your way through the far door. You will the drop down into the hallways floor, search around and you will find two chests with red experience orbs located inside the chests.

Make your way down the path, you don’t have to take any notice of the brambles blocking your way.
