They cost only 15 coins to plant per plot of land, but you can sell your harvest for 63 coins per plot of land.


This is a return of more than 4 times your initial investment, as opposed to the three and a half times return that strawberries provide. Of course, the soybeans take longer to grow than the strawberries do. Because there are so many factors that go can influence your decision about what to plant, you can see that this isn't exactly a straightforward decision.

Coins Per Hour

Not only can you asses a potential crop's value by how much of a return it brings on the initial investment, but you can also evaluate its earning potential per hour. For example, strawberries take 4 hours to mature and sell for 35 coins per plot of land. Eggplants, on the other hand, take 48 hours to mature and sell for 88 coins per plot of land.

This gives the strawberries a coin per hour rate of 8.75, as opposed to the eggplant's 1.83. What all of this really means is that your decision about what crops to plant will have to take into account how often you want to check back on your farm, how quickly you want to level up, and how quickly you want to be able to build up your cash stores.

Safari Tips and Tricks: Bookmarks

I found this thanks to a tip on the Apple Blog. Safari has a unique ability to move from sites in your Bookmarks by using Command + number. This really speeds up my daily browsing habits as I assign Command + 1 to open Gmail, 2 opens Google Reader, 3 opens my eBay auctions etc. The numbers are assigned automatically based on their position in your Bookmark Bar, with left being 1.

There is really tons of commentary on getting the best out of Safari. Hit Command + Option + F to quickly highlight the Google search box to search for more juicy tidbits. Also be sure to check out Apple’s official safari shortcuts page for more time savers.

Guys, how are you? Here's an explanation about the rate of crop rot. The rate of crop rot is especially important to keep in mind when you're planting crops that mature quickly. The window for harvesting any crop is the same as the length of time it takes that crop to grow.

This means that pumpkins, since they take 8 hours to mature, will start to rot 8 hours after they're ready for harvest. You'll have to make sure you get back to your farm within 16 hours of planting your pumpkins then, in order to keep from losing them.



If you think you're not going to be able to check on your farm for a while, you may want to consider planting crops like artichokes.

These will take 4 days to mature, but you'll have an additional 4 days to harvest them. This is a good way to keep your farm active if you're going to be away for a while.

It's also a good thing to keep in mind so that you know what kind of window you have to get back to your farm before you first crop will start to wither.

Animals are as much a part of farming as growing crops. They come in many sizes and do not wither like crops do. These creatures vary in harvest time, ranging from 1 day to 4 days, when you are able to gather their produce. They can be purchased in the Market or given as gifts and sometimes, you can adopt them from your neighbors. Animals are never slaughtered, rather products relating to the animal is collected (for example, milk from cows, down from ducks).

The dairy farm is also a great way to earn coins since you can put 20 cows in each barn and own up to 5 barns. With one click, you can harvest 20 cows at once.

Lost Animals

Unique to FarmVille, lost animals often find their way to your farm. You have the option of either helping these poor creatures or sending them away.

If you do decide to help them then your neighbors have a unique opportunity of adopting them from your profile page, giving them a new home on their farms. Lost animals are not available any other way.

Which crops should I grow?

The crop you grow in farmville depends on when you are going to be at you computer. If you grow a crop that is ready in 4 hours but you do not come back for 8 hours, you will find a field of withered crops that is worth nothing when you return. Crops seem to wither in about the same time as they ripen.

Coins and Cash
Early on you should plant strawberries, strawberries, and strawberries. They will give you the most coins/hr. You will also gain experience points each time you harvest and plow for the next crop.
Raspberries will get XP even though there is no XP for planting

Raspberries are deceiving. When you look in the market it says 0 XP however you can make both coins and XP fast in farmville with raspberries. While you don't get experience points for planting raspberries, if you keep planting them you do get XP because you can plow every 2 hours (you get 1XP per plow) so in eight hours you will get 4 experience points per plot. Here is an example over eight hours.

Keep in mind, if you are not going to be in front of your computer every two hours you should pick an 8 hr, 12 hr, 1 day or more crop.

If you’re a web slob like me you surf hard and fast with a dozen tabs open at once. Even if you don’t it’s easy to forget just where you saw that special item you needed so bad only 5 minutes previous. Of course you could feverishly click the back button until it surfaces, or you could try History > Mark Page to set a SnapBack point. Then when you want to get back to where you were just hit the SnapBack button in Safari’s address bar, and presto your there!

As we mentioned earlier on Farmheaven update, there is a new Wild Mustang in FarmVille!

Many of you were wondering why you did not receive pop-ups for the Wild Mustang feature. Currently, Wild Mustangs have limited access, meaning that only a small group of farmers have access to the Wild Mustang feature at the moment. In the future, everyone will be able to access and “wrangle” their very own Wild Mustang.

Just a reminder, whenever you do gain access to the Wild Mustang feature, it will require you to have two things:

1. Have at least 5 FarmVille neighbors.
2. Give permission to FarmVille to contact you via email.

For more details on the Wild Mustang, please read below. Details are provided by FarmVille Community Manager, Channel Zero via Official FarmVille Forum:

“NOTE: Currently the Wild Mustang pop-up is only available for a small number of farmers. Once it is expanded to all farmers, we’ll update you via this guide.

Now you and your friends can wrangle a Wild Mustang for your farm! If you have at least 5 neighbors and have already given FarmVille permission to contact you via your email address, you’ll receive the following message while tending to your farm.

Clicking ‘Ask For Help’ will bring up a selection of neighbors for you to enlist in wrangling the Wild Stallion. You must select a minimum of 5 neighbors and you can choose up to 15 neighbors to help.

NOTE: In order to participate in the Wild Mustang feature, both the player asking for help and their neighbors must have already allowed FarmVille access to their email addresses.

If you’re unable to have five neighbors help you after three days, you’ll have a chance to purchase the Wild Mustang for Farm Cash. The cost is equal to 20 Farm Cash, minus the number of friends that helped you (eg. If 4 friends help you over the course of three days, your cost for the Wild Mustang is 16 Farm Cash).

You can also purchase the Wild Mustang for 20 Farm Cash when you first spot it on your Farm by clicking the ‘Buy Help’ button.”

Safari Tips and Tricks: Web Developer Extension

With a plethora of killer extensions and plugins, Firefox really is the web developer’s browser of choice when hashing out layouts. Having said that Fox is more than a little crash happy and a serious memory pig when loaded up with 3rd party plugins. Just over a year ago the guys at Surfin’ Safari added the Web Inspector to their nightly builds of Webkit, the browser engine behind Safari.



It’s a bit of a pain to configure Web Inspector but what you get are some fairly handy tools for debugging and working with your HTML. The stand out feature is the ability to drill down into your code hierarchy with a handy node view interface. The same interface can be used to drill down into your CSS styles, or search your code for elements of interest. I’ll say right now that it is nowhere near as useful as Firefox’s Web Developer extension, but it’s a step in the right direction.

Buying Fish Eggs – Initially, this is the first thing you need for you to be able to grow and sell a fish. On buying fish eggs, you will get experience points.

Raising and Selling Fast Fish – If you are just starting, you must grow and sell fish that matures fast. These are the Mini Dart Goby, Red Spot Cardinal and the Sardine fish. You can grow them for about 5 minutes, 15 minutes and 3 minutes. You can earn coins fast and get experience points fast than raising a fish that would take you a day before you can sell them.

With Fishville, the fish have an age. As it matures the value of the fish also increases so with the experience points that you will get. Like for example with the Mini Dart Goby that grows in 5 minutes. During Age 1 you can sell them for 18 coins and you will get 6 experience points. However, if you let them grow and reach age 4 that would take you another 15 minutes to reach that age, you can sell them for 72 coins and 24 experience points per fish.



Showing Your Fish Some Love – It’s like a bonus coins everyday. This will show up at the bottom left corner of the tank. If you click the heart icon that would give you some extra coins. So, show your fish some love everyday.

Decorate your tank – This may cost you money but would give you experience points in return.

Help your Neighbors – You can get extra experience points and coins by extending your help to your neighbors.

Selling Gifts – You may sell those gifts that you receive if you think that you will not be needing them in your tank. Instead of keeping them inside your gift box, why not sell them for some extra coins.

FarmVille User Guide: Farmville Collections Guide

Collections are a relatively new addition to the intricacies of life in FarmVille. While completing Collections is not vital to your ability to succeed at the game, it does allow you to pick up some nice bonuses. There are 5 Collections available at the moment, and it’s likely new ones will be added in the future.



Your Options

Right now, you have to opportunity to complete the Gardening Tools Collection, the Country Kitsch Collection, the Bugs Collection, the Butterfly Collection and the Feather Collection. Each Collection is made up of 6 separate items, and you’ll need at least one of each before you can trade in a collection and receive your bonus.

The items in each Collection also fall into 3 separate categories – Common, Uncommon and Rare. As their name implies, the Rare items will be the most difficult to find, the Common ones the easiest and so forth. Also, by allowing your cursor to hover over each item, you can pick up a hint on where to find each type of collectible.

Gathering Items

Most of the items in these Collections can be found as you go about your daily farm tasks. Some are hidden on your farm, while you’ll only be able to uncover some others when you’re helping out on your friends’ farms. You can also send and receive collectibles as gifts, so be sure to let your friends know if there are some specific items you’re looking for. They just may be able to send one your way.

Once you complete a collection, you’ll have the option of posting an announcement of your accomplishment on your wall. Far from simply an exercise in vanity, this announcement will also be an opportunity for your friends to pick up a random item from the same collection that you’ve just completed.

And just as you should be sure to post these announcements at every opportunity to help your friends complete their collections, you should also be sure not to forget to keep your eyes open for them yourself. These posts are an invaluable resource when you’re trying to complete collections, so be sure to pick up your free random collectible every time one of your friends completes a collection.

Multiple Collections

Of course, as you gather collectibles from various sources, you’ll often wind up with duplicate items. There’s nothing wrong with this, however. You can actually hold up to 10 of each item, and you can complete each Collection many times over. So hold onto your doubles and try to direct your energies towards finding more of the items you have less of.

Bonus Options

Of course, there wouldn’t be much point in expending a bunch of energy to complete these Collections if you didn’t get something out of it. So you’ll be happy to know that completing a Collection actually gives you the opportunity to pick up either 250 experience points, 5,000 coins or 5 tanks of fuel. There really is no right reward to pick – your priorities at the moment will determine which one is more beneficial to you.
 

How To Make A Favicon-Only Bookmarks Bar

There’s yet another cool way to get quick access to your favorite, or most-visited sites in Chrome. Plus, it looks pretty cool.

You can get Chrome to display your bookmarked sites in the toolbar, but by deleting the site’s name from the bookmark settings, the browser will just show the site’s favicons, making for a colorful display along the top of your window.

To get this going, you’ll first need to make sure you have the bookmarks bar displayed. You can check this by clicking the wrench icon, selecting “Tools” and then ticking “Always show bookmarks bar.”

Once you’ve done this, as you add new sites to your bookmarks, be sure to delete the text in the name box, as per the screen shot below, for a favicon-only list.




Alternatively, to edit existing bookmarks so that they display favicon-only, go to “chrome://bookmarks,” right-click on the bookmark, select “Edit” and then delete the text in the name box.

In Mafia Wars, Godfather points are used to purchase rare items, special upgrades, etc. If you find yourself just shy of being able to purchase that one special item, you can get an extra 5 Godfather points by following this quick tip.


Note: This can only be used once!


1. Go to Facebook and login to your account.

2. Input the following into your web browser’s address bar:

A Mafia Wars page will appear, notifying you that you have been given 5 reward points.

FishVille limits how often you can send gifts to your neighbors. There is a simple method for getting around this limitation so that you can send more than 1 gift to your neighbor(s).



1. Go to Facebook and then access the FishVille applicaton.

2. When the FishVille app has finished loading, go to the top and right-click the Free Gifts tab.

3. Select Open Link in New Tab. Repeat this step a few more times so that you have 6 or 7 tabs open to the Free Gifts page.

4. Go to each tab and select the GIFT that you want to send (they can be different or all the same). Do not press the Proceed to Send button yet!

5. After you have selected a gift on each tab, go back to the first tab and click the Proceed to Send. Repeat this for each tab.

6. Go to each tab and select the FishVille Friend(s) to send the gift(s). Do not click the Send FishVille Gift Request button yet.

7. After you have selected the intended recipients for each tab, go back to the first tab and click the Send FishVille Gift Request button. Repeat this step for each tab.

8. Go back to the first tab, you will see the FishVille Gift request that you have created. Click the Send button. Repeat this step for each tab.

You can now close your browser. The gift request will all be sent and your friends will be quite happy!

Send Multiple Free Gifts To Your Neighbors

Cafe World limits how often you can send gifts to your neighbors. There is a simple method for getting around this limitation so that you can send more than 1 gift to your neighbor(s).


1. Go to Facebook and then access the Cafe World applicaton.

2. When the Cafe World app has finished loading, go to the top and right-click the Free Gifts tab.

3. Select Open Link in New Tab. Repeat this step a few more times so that you have 6 or 7 tabs open to the Free Gifts page.

4. Go to each tab and select the GIFT that you want to send (they can be different or all the same). Do not press the Proceed to Send button yet!

5. After you have selected a gift on each tab, go back to the first tab and click the Proceed to Send. Repeat this for each tab.

6. Go to each tab and select the Cafe Friend(s) to send the gift(s). Do not click the Send Cafe World Gift Request button yet.

7. After you have selected the intended recipients for each tab, go back to the first tab and click the Send Cafe World Gift Request button. Repeat this step for each tab.

8. Go back to the first tab, you will see the Cafe World Gift request that you have created. Click the Send button. Repeat this step for each tab.

You can now close your browser. The gift request will all be sent and your friends will be quite happy!

Serve Your Customers Instantly

You want to minimize the distance between the counters and the table so that the waiters will take minimal time in delivering the customers’ dishes. While this will work fairly well, there is a way for the dishes to be instantly served as soon as the waiter picks them up from the counter.




Use the counters (and stoves if necessary) to pin your waiters into a corner so that they can easily access the counters but not get to the tables. When the waiter picks the dish up from the counter, it will instantly appear on the appropriate table.

Close Your Cafe When You are Away for Long Periods of Time 

Cafe World uses a Buzz Rating for measuring customer opinion of your establishment. If they like it, your rating increases. If they have a bad experience, it will decrease. Having your food go bad or running out of food will definitely result in a bad experience for every customer that visits during your absence. If you are going to be away from the game for a while (going on vacation, having to get ready for exams, or just taking a long break) you should “close” your cafe to prevent any customers from entering the cafe and risking a bad rating.


1. Go to Facebook and then access the Cafe World applicaton.

2. Go to the bottom of the screen and select the Customize icon (the chair).




4. Drag it into the decor inventory at the bottom of the screen so that it disappears, leaving no way to enter the cafe.


5. Click the green checkmark on the right side.




Your cafe is now closed. When you are ready to open back up, go back to Customize, select the DOOR icon and grab a free door to put back where you want it.

This is an explanation about Plants vs Zombies Survival Mode. In Survival Mode, unlocked when Adventure Mode is beaten for the first time, you must survive multiple waves of zombies. You get to choose new seed packets to defend against a different group of zombies, five in total, every 1 or 2 flags (depending on whether playing the normal or hard versions) to continue building up your defenses. For each group of zombies, the plants you previously had on the lawn and your sun remain, but Lawn Mowers, Pool Cleaners, and Roof Cleaners are not renewed.

In survival mode you will get a chance to change up the plants you picked at the start between each level so start with the basics on each one, and go from there. Don't get ahead of yourself. If you start with all the expensive plants you won't be able to afford a good defense and will leave your brains venurable.

 Use the same basic defense skills you developed for each of the adventure levels, but after a few waves upgrade your plants to be able to deal with the later levels. There isn't much new here it's just harder.

Hi guys! now lets talk about Plants vs Zombies Mini Games. The minigames are a wacky assortment of one-off challenges that further play with the basic dynamics of Plants vs. Zombies. Some games pit you against modified enemies (zombies with plants for heads; invisible zombies), whereas others mess with your planting strategy (planting entire columns at once; mysterious portals that redirect your projectiles). With 20 levels of puzzles and 20 different minigames, Plants vs. Zombies offers a lot of entertaining ways to keep playing.

Zombotony

* In this one the zombies are also plants! But they still want your brain.
* Guard your sunflowers because you will need all the sun you can get.
* Zombies act like the plants on their heads act. Peashooters will shoot at your plants, wall-nuts take a lot of hits. Keep this in mind while building your defenses

Wall-nut Bowling

* Just like the wall-nut bowling you had to do in adventure mode.
* Higher combos earn you more gold
* Save a bomb or two for emergencies.

Slot machine:

* Use then sun you collect to play the slot machine at the top
* Try and keep the slot machine going as often as you can to earn extra plants and sun.
* Shouldn't be hard to get this with a little luck.

It's raining seeds:

* This one is just like the kind of level in adventure mode where the seeds come on a conveyor belt at the top, only you need to use them almost right away

Beghouled:

* Just like bejeweled! You fought zombies in bejeweled right?
* Make matches to earn sun and upgrade your plants
* Start with your offensive plants first
* Combo's earn you extra sun

Invisi-ghoul

* Its pretty basic, other than the fact that the zombies are invisible. So build evenly in the lanes since you can't tell where they are coming from!

Seeing Stars:

* This one is pretty basic too, You just need to fill in the stars on the lawn with the starfruit
* Might be a bit tricky to get "Star"ted (haha!), but once you get some basic defenses up you should fill in the star as soon as possible.

Zombiquarium:

* This one is a basic clone of insaniquarium. Just save up and buy 5 or 6 zombies then let the sun roll in. Don't forget to feed them!

Beghouled Twist:

* Just like bejeweled twist! Same concept as beghouled

Big Trouble little zombie:

* All of the zombies are tiny, but they still have big appetites! Use the basic pool defense here and you'll do just fine.

Portal combat:

* This ones a bit tricky. Keep an eye on where the portals are but still build evenly as the portals will move around the map.
* Make good use of your wall-nuts, and make sure to have a Cactus in each lane, and you should be alright
* Save a bomb or two in case things get a little tight.

Column like you see 'em:

* This one can be a bit tricky. For the most part you will start with the same few plants each time.
* Potato mines should go one column from the right, and your tall-nuts right behind them.
* After that leave a space then put your magnet-shrooms down.
* If/when you get chompers put them right behind your tall nuts.
* Try to have at least one clear column somewhere for placing bombs. Save the bombs you get for ladder zombies, Gargantuars.
* As long as you don't let the ladder zombies bypass your tall nuts, and you put lots of pumpkins down you shouldn't do too badly here. Might take a few trys to get it just right though, since you don't always get the same plants each round.

Bobsled bonanza:

* Build spikeweeds to pop the tires of the zombonies. If they can't make ice the bobsled zombies can't show up!
* You can also use jalapeños to melt the ice.

Zombie nimble, zombie quick

* No crazy tricks here, everything is just faster
* Use your basic pool level strategy and you'll do just fine here, just make sure to keep collecting the sun, even though it might seem hard since it shows up so fast.

Whack a Zombie

* This one is pretty simple. Just hit the zombies with the hammer as they pop out of the graves
* Once in a while a zombie will drop some sun, use it to buy Grave Busters and eat the graves closest to your brains.

Last stand:

* Build your defenses like this.

* Use the money you get in between rounds to first add a second pumpkin to the other torchwood in the water. Refresh your garlic. And add a repeater to the spaces above and below the cattails.
* Build a nice solid pool style defense and you should be okay. Remember to save some money for buying new tall-nuts in case things go sour.

ZomBotany 2:

* Just like zombotany only harder.

Wall-nut bowling 2

* Just like Wall-nut bowling only harder.

Pogo Party

* Sunflowers, cabbagepults and tall-nuts will be your friend here. If you have the imitator, use it to get a second tall-nut

Dr. Zomboss's revenge:

* Just like the final level of the game so you should be okay here. Just remember to always keep at least one jalapeño and one ice-shroom on you at all times for when he throws fireballs or iceballs at you.

God of War 3: Entering Mount Olympus

When you first enter this level you will need to climb the vines. You can press jump to grab onto the vines, pressing jump again when you get to the gaps. You will need to make your way to the upper ledge and open the chest ahead. This chest will contain some experience orbs.

Once you reach the impasse, you will need to press against the wall and move along it to the right hand side round the thinner ledge. You will then come across a group of archers and soldiers. You will need to take them out quickly using your right attacks, then make your way over the next wall.

Once you enter Mount Olympus, you will need to destroy the enemies that will be approaching you (make your way over to the chest, it contains health) before you make your way to the grapple area. Press your R1 button to help you have a look around the area.

Destroy the nearby enemies and make your way to the nearby wall.
Making your way across you will need to use your wings of Icarus to get across the gaps. There will be a chest that will hold health a magic, then make your way down the path.

You will then need to enter the door and prepare for battle! You will quickly need to get onto the left analog stick, you can use the Golden Fleece to block your enemy attacks (by pressing L1) as this will be very handy in a crowded area.

You will need to try and get the Centaur against the wall (while continuously attacking him), once you are near to “finishing” him off a prompter will appear on the screen. There will be other enemies in the room but they will be no hassle at all.

Make your way over to the book on the pedestal, you will need to pull the lever on the left and then climb up the latter on the right hand side.

You must then jump onto the moving platform and make your way to the other end of the room. On your way you will be able to fill up on health and magic (chests).

Make your way to the door, follow the on screen instructions and you will make your way to the new battle area. Prepare for battle!

Gangster City Tips: Items At The Top of Your Screen

You may have noticed four bars at the top of your screen. The first bar with the lightning icon is your energy bar. This bar shows how much energy you have. The bar beside that is your money bar. This is the bar with the green dollar sign. The money bar will show you how much money you have. The adjacent bar with the blue fish is your PlayFish cash.

When you purchase cash, you will see how much you have in this bar. The next bar is your level bar or experience bar. This bar will tell you how much experience you have and how much you need to get to the next Gangster City level.

Another fun Plants vs Zombies game mode, The Puzzle Mode. There are really only two puzzles here, one is vases and the other you play as the zombies.

Plants vs Zombies Puzzle Mode
Vasebreaker style:

* Start with the vases that have plants in them
* After that start at the back and work on one lane at a time.
* Don't put too many plants in one lane, you will need to make sure you have at least one offensive plant in each lane or its impossible to win.
* In the later levels keep some squash for Gargantuars.

Plants vs Zombies Puzzle Mode
I, Zombie style:

* In this one you get to play the zombies and try to eat the brains.
* There is no time limit so sit back and think a bit before you start throwing zombies at the plants.
* Try to find the spot where you can send one or two cheap zombies and still manage to get a sunflower, or two.
* Once you get some sun use stronger zombies in combination with the weaker ones to get to the harder brains.

Safari Tips and Tricks: Dragging Tabs and Favicons

While we’re on the subject of drag and drop, let me explain what you can do by dragging a tab or favicon (the small graphic to the left of the URL in the address bar). If you drag a tab by its name and move it to the left or right on the tab bar, the bar is reorganized. Not very exciting. But drag the tab away from the bar, and it changes into a tiny preview of the page it’s currently showing. When you let go, the image expands into a whole new window and removes the page from the tabs of the previous one. You can also do this the opposite way; drag a tab into the tab bar of a different window and it will be added to the second window and removed from the first.



You can do all of this when dragging the favicon of a page, except for creating a new window. If you drop the favicon onto an open tab, the page is replaced with the one you dragged over. You can create a new tab with the page by dropping its favicon on the tab bar, to the right of the already open tabs.

Now lets talk about adventure mode in plants vs zombies game. Adventure mode isn't terribly difficult and shouldn't give you too much trouble so I've just listed off a few tips for each of the five level types.

Daytime:

* These levels are fairly straightforward. Just build a few peashooters in each lane and you should be okay for most of these levels.
* Build wall-nuts, and repeaters once you unlock them
* Not much to these levels except for learning the basics

Night:

* Night time has arrived! No more free sunshine for you!
* Dont underestimate the power of free things. Although the puff-shrooms are pretty weak, they are essential to your defenses at night time, especially when the amount of sun you get is lower.
* Make sure the first plant you buy is one of the two that will give you sun, otherwise you wont be able to afford better plants as the level progresses.
* If you keep these two things in mind the night level shouldn't give you too much trouble

Pool:

* Ah now its getting interesting. Zombies will usually ignore the two pool lanes in the beginning, so you should too.
* Make sure to build at least a peashooter and a repeater in the pool lanes by the first huge wave of zombies, as there will be extra zombies that pop out of the water part way down the lane already on top of the ones that come from the back.
* As long as you remember to have some defences in the pool lanes by the first wave you should be alright.
* Remember you can place wall-nuts and tall-nuts on the lily pads.
* You should put spikeweeds at the right of your lawn in case zambonies show up.

Fog:

* Starting to get tricky now. Pool, night, and now fog! Keep your head on your shoulders (har har), and you will do fine.
* Although you can't see in the fog you can still build in it.
* Build up a solid defense by combining what you did in the night stage with the pool stage.
* If you really need too you can build a lantern to help you see, but its not too much of a big deal.
* Just build up a solid defense and you should be alright.

Roof:

* Its going to get a little tricky now. Peashooters and repeaters don't work well on this level, unless you build them at the top of the slope.
* You can get away with building them on the first column after the slope on the roof starts but after that they will be useless.
* Basically for this part you will need to replace peashooters and repeaters with Cabbage-Pults and Kernel-Pults.
* Other than that theres not too much to this one, other than keeping an eye on what zombies you will have to fight.
* It might be worth your effort to build a magnet-shroom and use a coffee bean on it in later levels.

* For the most part in adventure mode, and survival mode you will want to start by getting two rows of sunflowers as fast as you can, at the back of your lawn
* While you are trying to get your sunflowers up, try to only build plants that you will need immediately. Such as a peashooter only in a lane where a zombie is approching.
* Once you've got your sunflowers up, start focusing on your defences. You will need to use different strategies depending on what level you are on.
* Try to keep at least one bomb type plant in your inventory on each level just in case things get bad.
* If there is a lull in zombies use the break to dig up and replace badly damaged wall-nuts or tall-nuts.
* It may be worth it in later levels to bring coffee beans and magnet-shrooms with you in daytime battles. to help deal with metal weilding zombies.
* If a snow pea shoots through a torchwood then it will cancel out the freezing effect.

Let's say you have 20 chickens, all ready to harvest, a.k.a. Preggers (pregnant eggers).

Harvest only 1 pregger the first coop.
Harvest 1 pregger + the first chicken
Harvest 1 pregger + the first 2 chickens
Keep harvesting 1 pregger per coop + the already-harvested ones.
You'll do 20 harvests, one for each pregger.

The payoff is 20+19+18+17...+1 = 210 payoffs from 20 chickens. That's 13,400 coin from 20 gold Preggers. This is a bit more than a 10X increase in pay versus harvesting all 20 at once.

Odds are you'll produce 3 eggs using the iterated method versus only 0.3 eggs from a single harvest, or about 10X more eggs from the same 20 Preggers.

Another Tip:

Harvest 20 of your best chickens.
Place one 100% ready brown chicken into your coop. Now place 19 golden chickens into your coop. Look inside and remove the brown chicken you placed in the coop initially and replace it with a golden chicken. Now you can harvest 20 non ready golden chickens using a ready brown chicken.

Things You Should Know...
Black chicken problem - Currently, White, Brown and Golden chickens harvest in 1 day and Black chickens harvest in 0.9 days. When you put an 100% black chicken into the chicken coop, the % of the coops goes to 94% try to avoid using black chickens as the first one placed in.

Individual chickens can get eggs - You can get eggs from individual chickens but only if they are harvested using the coop.

Hello Guys! Now lets talk about Survival Endless Mode in Plants vs Zombies game. Basically, Survival Endless is a mode unlocked after the clearing of the adventure mode. It is the last mission in the survival series and like its namesake, it is endless, as in you play until your brains get eaten. It is a challenge for gamers to last as long as possible.

Important stuff about the survival endless mode:

1. For the first few stages, build a lot of sunflowers and the bare minimum needed defenses. This is to accumulate sun power so that in the latter stages of the game, you can quickly remedy any holes in your defense lines.

2. Cob cannons are invaluable. Although they occupy two spaces, they are really important when you get to a level where the AI just spam Gargantuars. The thing about it is that it is a pain to aim them manually.

3. Don't bother with Gatling peas with Touchwood. It can get you through a certain number of stages but the setup is not impenetrable and will be overran when tougher enemies appear and be swarmed under the pressure.

4. Keep an eye of your sun power. It really sucks when you have no sun power to replenish your used traps like spikerocks or to use instant kill plants. Stick to tip number 1 to have enough sun power to last you through. Build twin sunflowers asap.

5. Keep in mind that for upgrade plants, it will cost more sun power to build every consecutive plant. This is why choosing what type of upgrade plants is needed is so important in survival endless.

There's another alert you need to know about a malware that's circulating in Farmtown. Millions of Farmtown players worlwide are being warned about fake security warnings popping up that are designed to mislead people into paying for antivirus protection they don't need.

"We are aware and have reported to the developers that many of our players have encountered the malware/spyware while on the Farm Town site," the moderator of a user forum for Farm Town maker SlashKey warned over the weekend. "We believe at this time that it is harmless to your computer and a result of one or more of the ads on the site, but you should NOT follow any links to any software claiming to 'clean your system.'"

This malware alert in farmtown is so threatening that one of the moderators said "it appeared that third-party advertising displayed underneath the Farm Town playing window is to blame".

"In all likelihood, hackers have managed to poison some of the adverts that are being served to Farm Town by the outside advert provider," Cluley wrote on his blog. "Rather than SlashKey simply asking its players to report offending adverts when they appear, it might be sensible for the company to disable third-party adverts appearing alongside Farm Town until the problem is fixed."

"In all likelihood, hackers have managed to poison some of the adverts that are being served to Farm Town by the outside advert provider," A writer wrote on his blog. "Rather than SlashKey simply asking its players to report offending adverts when they appear, it might be sensible for the company to disable third-party adverts appearing alongside Farm Town until the problem is fixed."

SlashKey could not be reached for comment on Monday. Farm Town competes on Facebook with FarmVille, which has 86.6 million users and critics of its own.

Malware has been found in ads delivered by Yahoo, Google, and Fox ad platforms, as well as on high profile sites like The New York Times and the Drudge Report.

Last week, Facebook was hit with another scam involving a fake Ikea gift card offer. Nearly 40,000 Facebook users signed up for a $1,000 Ikea gift card offer and joined a related Facebook fan page and were duped into providing personal information on an outside Web site including birth date and home phone number, according to IDG News Service. The latest scam follows a similar Ikea gift card ripoff and a $500 Whole Foods gift certificate on Facebook.

A Facebook spokesman said the company is trying to head off such scams by researching specific dubious groups and pages and developing technical systems to surface them more quickly.

"We advise people to be suspicious of anything that looks or feels strange online--whether it's an unfamiliar link in a message from a friend who hasn't contacted you in a while, or a promise of something valuable if you take a certain action or provide personal information," Facebook said in a statement. "It's a good idea to also check with the retailer whose gift cards are being offered to verify that the offer is legitimate. Be wary of groups and pages that don't appear to be the retailer's official Facebook presence, as well as those whose only purpose is to promote the offer (for example, those that have the offer in their names)."

The Farmville expansions become available as you add neighbors. You can also but them using Farmville Cash at any time.

When will there be more Land Expansions?
Currently, there is no ETA as to when future Land Expansions will be unlocked as our developers are still fine tuning future releases. FarmVille developers have been wonderful about releasing content and expansions in a timely manner thus far. Hopefully we will see more Land Expansion in the near future. Until then, we will have to be patient.

Can I just skip the first expansions and purchase later upgrades? Or do I have to buy the expansions in order?
Unfortunately, you must purchase the Land Expansions in order. That means if you wish to upgrade to 16 x 16, you must have already purchased the 14 x 14 expansion.
But I want to expand my farm now Why aren’t all of the expansions released at once?

I know everyone is eager to get more Land Expansion as quick as possible, but you need to remember that content releases are scheduled like this for a reason. If our developers were to release all of the content available for FarmVille all at once, or in the incorrect order, we would have fun for a few weeks/months, but then our users would soon be looking for more new content.

As such, developers release content in a specific order due to reasons the community cannot always be privy to. While it may make sense to you guys how things should be released, that does not always mean it is feasible, or in line with the developers vision for FarmVille. Just because we release new buildings/decorations, does not mean our developers have stopped working on other features of the game. Keep in mind, developing certain aspects of a game can take considerably longer than others.

In order to keep FarmVille from getting stale, and to ensure that our content releases are all polished and fully operational, they will take time and may be released in an order that might not make sense to our users.

Hello friends! Now let's talk about Plants vs Zombies Worthy Plants. Plants vs Zombies is a great game created by PopCap Games. It is a tower defense game, where you build structures to prevent the enemy from going through the line. In Plants vs Zombies, you get to build plants, a very wide variety of them, using solar power from the sun and your sunlight producing plants. The objective of the game is to prevent the zombies from eating your brains, which is consider a great delicacy to them. The game has a light hearted feel and very creative in the implementation of the gameplay. Not only that, there are more modes to play after you completed it once, giving very high re-playability and fun.

As you go through the adventure mode, I find that it is very straight forward. Basically, before every match, you will be given more than sufficient plants to succeed the level. Therefore, this tips and tricks will be mainly about the things that you can explore after you completed the game, like new plants, plants upgrade, money earning tricks and etc.

Here, I list down the note worthy plants that are worth mentioning. Part One will be about the plants that I find to be useful and highly recommended!

Plants vs Zombies Worthy Plants

Instant kill "bombs" plants:
Cherry Bombs, Jalapeno, Potato Mines, Squash, Tangle Kelp, Doom Shroom, Blover
These types of plants almost instant kill anything. Cherry bombs destroys zombies in a small radius. Jalapeno destroys everything in a lane and melts ice paths. Squash will destroy all zombies in a grid, given that they are close enough to each other. Tangle Kelp kills water zombies, with the drawback of long cooldown. Doom Shroom can kill an entire wave of zombies, if you plant in at the right time, with the drawback of leaving a hole in the ground where you can't plant for a certain period of time. Blovers instant kills all balloon zombies without mercy. Potato Mines kills a single land zombie and underground miners, with the drawback of taking very long to ready itself. Although potato mines take a long time to load, it is a must have for many stages, because in early game, you want to build as many sunflowers as possible and dropping a potato mine or squash to deal with a zombie instead of using a peashooter will save you 75 sun, to build another sunflower. This advantage will accumulate very quickly. Try it out to see.

Attack plants:

The Repeaters:
They shoot two peas at once. Very good when behind touchwoods. If you want a secure lane, upgrade it to a gatling pea to shoot 4 fireballs at once. Very good in dominating a lane, given that the zombies are not extremely tough, like a horde of Gargantuars. Once you get this, don't even bother about the peashooters.

The Threepeater: 
It shoots 3 peas, one in the above lane, one in lane and one in the below lane. I find it to be very useful in pool levels, when you have 6 lanes to deal with instead of 5. Works with touchwood well. In other levels, it is not so great since there are always better stuff to use.
Snow Pea: Slow! Very useful! Hates Touchwoods though.

The Gloom Shroom: 
The most underestimated plant ever! This baby is very powerful! Not only it has a fast attack speed, it attacks in all the directions! Not to mention the piecing ability towards screen doors! Although it has short range, it is very devastating when combined with a pumpkin and maybe a garlic!

The Melon-Pult: 
The Superman of the plant empire. This guy deals massive splash damage to zombies and shoots relatively fast, although slower than the normal peashooting types. However, its projectile can hit screen doors zombies and snorkel zombies directly! To see true ownage, upgrade it to a Winter Melon!

The Cob Launcher: 
The Nuke of the game. Expensive and has a long reload time though. Not to mention that you need to operate it yourself.

Other Plants:

Magnet Shroom:
Very useful and essential in some levels. It removes a lot of stuff from buckets to pogo sticks. This can really make your life easier by removing special zombie abilities, reduce the defensive power of zombies and you can even upgrade it to get money for you if you are lazy to click manually!
Wallnut, Tallnut, Pumpkin: Essential in most games. No player can live without them!

Spikeweed and Spikerock:
Very useful in several levels with vehicles. It can also be a good source of damage when your main defense line is built! This plant cannot be taken away by bungees zombies! Another great use for Spikerocks is that Gargantuars will stop by and smash it. Unlike other plants (Even Tallnuts with Pumpkin, the super tank in the plant empire) that dies in one hit, it takes around 5 to 6 smashes from a Gargantuar to get it in pieces.
